Geranium Himalayense

The Geranium Himalayense is a vigorous mound-forming herbaceous perennial. In early summer, it bears a profusion of white-centres, violet-blue to deep-blue flowers, and then blooms sporadically into autumn.

Ideal for mixed or herbaceous borders. The Geranium Himalayense can be grown in any fertile, well-drained soil, although an alpine and herbaceous growing media is advantageous. Position in sun or partial shade. Trim hard after the first flush of flowers to encourage more in the autumn. Divide every three or four years in spring.

PERFECT PARTNERS: Hosta Sieboldiana, Achilleas, Hemerocallis, Border Phlox.
